At Mahee Jaipur, we strive to ensure you love your handcrafted pieces, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy. Please ensure the items are unworn, unwashed, and retain all original tags to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with labels intact; our courier partner will conduct a brief surface check during the pickup process.

• 3.
  Reverse Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will arrange a complimentary reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 business hours.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the product reaches our Jaipur warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method or as store credit within 5-7 business days.
